My Wii Game Collection (OLD)

UPDATE 1/26/19
I have not grown my Wii game collection AT ALL since I got the Wii U for Christmas in 2013, and the Switch on launch day in 2017. TRON Evolution: Battle Grids was my very last Wii game I got, so its still sad that my 7 year obsession with my Wii is over as of Christmas 2013. I still have the original Wii now, along with the games, but I still don't need to play on it, since I've been more obsessed with my Switch recently.

Also, I'm very surprised that Nintendo is STILL making games for the original Wii, like Just Dance 2019, even though the Wii was discontinued in 2011. I wish they would stop producing Wii games so that way they can produce more Switch games and save more time.



Here is my Wii game collection as of December 2013 (I took the photo on February 15, 2016).




FIRST/TOP ROW
Wii Sports Resort (the Wii MotionPlus bundle; got it on August 7, 2009, which was on the week after it came out in the US, and I LOVED THE LIVING S*** OUTTA IT. The rest of my family liked it, too.)


SECOND ROW, LEFT TO RIGHT
New Super Mario Bros Wii (randomly got it at Target in 2012 or so, but I never became obsessed with it so I'm planning to sell it or give it to GameStop.)

Mario Kart Wii (the Wii Wheel bundle; got it either the day it came out (April 27, 2008) or a month or so later. I LOVED IT. The rest of my family loved it, too. It was my favorite Mario Kart game for nearly 6 years until I got Mario Kart 8 for the Wii U, and 8 Deluxe for the Switch.)

Super Smash Bros Brawl (got it for Christmas in 2012. It was my first Smash Bros game and I liked it. I have the complete roster of characters, but didn't play The Subspace Emissary because I thought it was meh and too long for 10 year old me to handle. Became my favorite Smash Bros game for nearly 2 years until I got Smash Bros for the 3DS & Wii U, and Ultimate for Christmas in 2018)

Super Mario Galaxy (got it either shortly after it came out on November 12, 2007 or for Christmas in 2007. It was primarily both mine & my older sister's game.)

Michael Jackson The Experience (the Special Edition w/ the glove; got it for Christmas in 2010. I have no idea if this game is mine or my older sister's.)

Guitar Hero Aerosmith (this game is actually my older sister's.)

Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock (the Guitar bundle; this game is actually my older sister's. She got it for Christmas in 2007 and she liked it.)

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (this game is actually my older sister's. She got it for Christmas in 2007 and she liked it. She made a few progress in the game.)


FOURTH/BOTTOM ROW, LEFT TO RIGHT

Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7 (this game is actually my older sister's. She only played it once or twice, so I'm planning to sell it or give it to GameStop.)

Epic Mickey (got it for Christmas in 2010. However, I only made a few progress in it but I liked it.)

Wii Fit (got it either shortly after it came out on May 19, 2008, or a month or so later. I LOVED IT, as well as the rest of my family.)

Wii Sports (the original version that came with my original Wii; I loved it, as well as the rest of my family.)

Madden NFL 07 (this game is actually my dad's. He got it either for Christmas in 2006 or in 2007. He only played it a couple of times.)


GAMES I USED TO HAVE
This following list contains Wii games that I used to own, but then either sold some on eBay or gave some away.

Barbie as the Island Princess (I LOVED the living s*** outta this movie when I was 5 years old, so I got this game either shortly after it came out on October 30, 2007, or months later. Despite liking the movie, I only played the game once or twice. It was sold on eBay.)

Barbie: Groom and Glam Pups (I have outgrown Barbie since I was 9, but somehow got this game back in 2010 or 11 and I only played it once. I didn't like it at all, so it was sold or given away.)

Boogie (got it a few months after it came out on August 7, 2007, and I liked it. The rest of the family did, too. But after a couple of years, we sold it. I still remember the game, though.)

Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey (got it a few months after it came out on October 30, 2007, and I LOVED IT. I had fun playing the story mode, and I completed it, even though I was only 5. However, after a couple of years, it was sold or given away.)

Disney's Tangled: The Video Game (got it either for Christmas in 2010 or later. I only played it twice or so, and I made a couple of progress. But, in 2012 or 13, it was given away.)

Disney Pixar's Toy Story Mania (got it for Christmas in 2009. I only played it once, because I thought it was cheesy. It was later sold.)

EA Playground (I have no idea when I got it, but I only played it once. It was later sold.)

High School Musical: Sing It! (the Microphone bundle; got it either a month after it came out on October 30, 2007, or for Christmas in 2007. I only played it a few times, but I liked it. But after a couple of years, it was sold.)

MLB Superstars (I have no idea when I got it or if it was for me, but I only played it once or twice. It was okay, but wasn't really into it. It was later sold.)

Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure (the bundle; got it for Christmas in 2011. I also had a few separate figures other than the main 3 in the bundle. I liked it and I made it up to Chapter 6: Dark Water Cove, which I got stuck on. The game, along with the figures I had, were later sold since I outgrew it.)

Disney Pixar's WALL-E (I believe I got it for Christmas in 2008. I kinda liked it, since I was into the movie at that time, but I only made a few progress. It was later sold.)

WarioWare: Smooth Moves (not sure if this was mine or my older sister's, but it was later sold after it was played a few times.)

Wii Music (got it for Christmas in 2008, and I liked it. However, in 2012 or 13, I gave it away.)
